Rich has done 2 of my vehicles my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2014 Chev Cruze. When he is finished the vehicles are better than in the showroom! Washing is so much easier and the vehicles don't hold the dirt so much between washes. The shine and depth is terrific! I highly recommend Rich.

I drove from Detroit to Canada to get my car detailed by Rich of Flawless Reflection not know what to expect. I can honesty say that once I picked up my car I was almost in shock. The lines really jumped off the car. The gloss on the car was exceptional. I don't think anyone else could of did a world class job like he did. I did get caught in the rain on the way home. The rain repel off the car and I just wiped the car down. Once again thank u Rich! World class job.
After understanding what this coating was I was eager to have it applied to my Tesla as soon as possible. Rich explained in detail the process and I was all in. I thought the car was shiny on delivery from Tesla, but Rich took it to a new level.
The car is actually cleaner longer, requiring less washing and when it is washed everything just beads off. I was on the highway when a rain storm hit and I saw this very aerodynamic car slip though the rain as it beaded off, needing no use of wipers.

This was the first of 2 cars that Rich detailed for me. This is our 'family car' and after 5 years of use was definitely showing it. There were swirls and scratches on the paint, the headlights and tail lights were scratched, the upholstery was dirty and the carpets in the back were in rough shape. Rich did wonders on it and it looks almost like new now. All of those problems mentioned are gone and he was even able to erase any evidence of damage from the door being keyed. We are very happy with the great job done and the car looks great again. We will certainly be back
This car was only 8 months old when Rich worked on it. It was in pretty good shape but now looks even better. There were a few small scratches that are altogether gone now. Before knowing about Rich I agreed to the dealer paint treatment upon delivery of the car. I now know I'll be better off in the future bypassing that and letting Rich get his hands on it right away! I know I'll be back again.
If you are thinking of bringing your vehicle to Rich don't think too hard. His work is amazing and his attention to detail is second to none. After getting it back from him I'm having second thoughts selling it. It looks brand new again !

Like Rich mentioned, he did my parents vehicles before so I knew what to expect. But Rich took it to a whole new level! What blew me away was how he got the headlights and taillights to shine (who new lights could look that good!) CQuartz Finest is an amazing product and Rich is truly a master at his craft. His attention to detail, thoroughness and passion are evident not only in the finished product but when you speak with him. Couldn’t be happier with his work and will recommend everyone to Rich. I couldn't possibly be more impressed with the results after having Rich treat my bike. First, the paint and chrome looked about ten feet deep from the start. Second, the glimmer and shine in the sunshine were, and still are, spectacular.
Now for the next part of the story. Just days after Rich worked his magic, I went on a lengthy road trip(just shy of 3000km in a week). The bike was rained on overnight six out of seven nights and a simple wipe down each morning using nothing but a towel and the residual rain water made the bike sparkle like new each day. One day, we were caught in a severe thunderstorm riding along the west bank of the Mississippi River and the same simple wipe down the next morning not only erased all the bugs but also the storm grime from the ride the day before.
The leather treatment Rich used also kept the inside of my saddlebags perfectly dry...absolutely no soak through and every drop of water beaded and
...wiped away easily.
On a finishing note, I got very busy after the trip and was only able to give the bike a thorough washing two and a half weeks later. Even after sitting there and curing for that time, every little bit of road grime (including the wheels) and all the bugs melted away like butter with just a bit if cleaning solution and a light sponging.
If anything, the bike is now sparkling even more than after the original treatment. Thanks again for a great job with a fantastic product Rich.
